4. Payment and No-Refund Policy
All payments for Jet Legal Services are final.
Due to the nature of our work and the immediate allocation of time and resources upon purchase, Jet Legal maintains a strict no-refund policy.
Once payment is made, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to any refund, chargeback, or credit for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with service outcomes, withdrawal of your case, or change of circumstances.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for Jet Legal to perform its Services.
Respond promptly to communications and requests for documentation.
Acknowledge that delays caused by lack of information or response are your responsibility.
6. Confidentiality
Jet Legal maintains strict confidentiality of all client information.
We will not share, sell, or disclose your personal or case information to any third party unless required by law or with your express written consent.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
All Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Jet Legal does not guarantee any specific legal outcome or result.
You acknowledge that results depend on factors beyond our control, including actions by courts, agencies, creditors, and third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jet Legal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Site or Services.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
